Le Loire Nature Resource Centre co-organise with Loire Workshop Zone and the Wetlands History Group A seminar aiming to better integrate recommendations from the human and social sciences (HSS) into natural space management actions. This need, expressed by natural space managers, also resonates with the current health crisis and the necessity to get closer to nature.
This day will provide an opportunity to consider: How can we study the links between uses (past, present, and future) and the management of natural spaces? What can natural space managers learn from the humanities and social sciences? Alternating between feedback on experiences, discussion periods, and a round table, the seminar on 7 October 2021, at the School of Landscape Architecture in Blois, will also be an opportunity to highlight flagship projects from the Loire region on the link between nature and the humanities and social sciences.
